Mô tả công việc
- Hỗ trợ, hướng dẫn học sinh học tập môn Ngôn ngữ và Văn học Tiếng Việt chương trình IB, phát triển kỹ năng đọc hiểu, phân tích tác phẩm, viết luận và giao tiếp tiếng Việt.
- Định hướng, kèm cặp học sinh trong quá trình làm bài tập, bài luận, dự án và chuẩn bị cho các kỳ đánh giá IB.
- Trao đổi với phụ huynh và giáo viên bộ môn về tiến độ và kết quả học tập của học sinh.
Yêu cầu
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Ngữ văn, Sư phạm Ngữ văn, Sư phạm Anh hoặc liên quan.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm gia sư hoặc giảng dạy Ngữ Văn, ưu tiên đã làm việc với chương trình IB.
- Thành thạo tiếng Việt (bản ngữ); có khả năng tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, kiên nhẫn, tận tâm với học sinh.

- Vietnamese Language and Literature Tutor (Language A)
Job description
- Provide support and guidance to students studying IB Vietnamese Language and Literature, focusing on developing reading comprehension, literary analysis, essay writing, and Vietnamese communication skills.
- Mentor and assist students with assignments, projects, essays, and preparation for IB examinations.
- Report students’ learning progress to parents and supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Vietnamese Literature, Education, English Education, or a related field.
Experience as a tutor or teacher in Vietnamese Literature; experience with the IB curriculum is preferred.
Native-level proficiency in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage. - Strong communication skills and a supportive, enthusiastic attitude toward students.
